Creating a Rewarding Experience with Results
The goal was to design both full-size and compact virtual kitchen showrooms that not only guide consumers through the appliance buying process, but also function as a direct conversion funnel. The experience needed to integrate seamlessly with select retailers, allowing shoppers to explore Sharp products within a controlled brand environment and add items to cart directly from the virtual kitchen.
Reimagining Product Storytelling Through Virtual Experience
I led the strategy, planning, and execution of Sharp’s virtual kitchen experience, partnering with an external 3D modeling agency and coordinating closely with internal teams across sales, product, brand, and legal. Working directly with senior leadership, including the VP of Sales and Brand Marketing, I helped deliver an industry-first virtual solution designed to modernize product storytelling and sales enablement.
I served as the primary owner of the experience from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, guiding storyboarding, validating 3D CAD assets, and ensuring accurate, on-brand product content. I also drove the research and rollout of advanced platform features such as integrated spec sheets, award showcases, and interactive Alexa demonstrations expanding the platform’s value for both consumers and sales teams.









Awarded the NKBA Innovative Showroom Award for Unique Showroom Application at KBIS, the Sharp Virtual Kitchen experience delivered a clean, intuitive, and easy-to-navigate interface that enables consumers to research and select the right Sharp appliances anytime, anywhere without the need for a physical showroom or retail store. This further promotes initiatives to better serve the e-commerce experience.
