End-to-End Operational Management
As owner and creative director of GD Studios, I had full responsibility for the studio’s creative, operational, and financial performance. I recruited, managed, and directed contract photographers while overseeing marketing strategy, client acquisition, and day-to-day business operations.
I owned the studio’s financial health, managing budgets, expenses, advertising spend, and P&L performance to ensure sustainable growth. To differentiate in a saturated market, I designed a premium, transparent client experience, introducing an upfront welcome guide with planning resources, pricing, and packages to set clear expectations and build trust from the first interaction.
I also led the end-to-end client journey, managing inquiries through contract completion using CRM pipelines and automated communications to streamline scheduling, contracts, and payments. My strategy focused on delivering a rare combination of transparency, organization, and high-quality creative output, driving client retention and long-term brand credibility.
